Please carefully read the following policies before contacting us for a custom order.

• Please allow a two week notice when placing a custom order to ensure there is enough time to complete the order.

• For orders above $200, we require a 50% deposit to secure your macarons. Complete payment is required by your pickup date.

• All pickups will be at our commercial kitchen, located at 1021 Meyerside Drive Unit 2, Mississauga ON L5T 1J6. All pickups are to take place at the scheduled date and time. If you fail to show up, orders will be held for 48 hours before they are forfeited.

• Please be aware that all macarons are made with almonds, eggs, and dairy. As we are working in a shared kitchen, please be aware that there is the chance for cross contamination with other allergens. While the greatest precautions are taken to prevent this, there is still the possibility of this occurring.
